Job description:
We are looking for a project architect to join our team.
The successful candidate will have an ability to work independently, communicate with customers deeply
,have deep knowledge of construction about Japanese house and collaborate with business partners such as
carpenters, mechanics and plumbers.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers for developing plans.
* Coordinate with business partners.
* Produce complete set of Construction Documents.
* Participate in project management.
* Conduct Construction Administration for projects in production.
Required Experience:
* Have sympathy for our vision and promise.
* 3-5 years prior experience in residential design and construction.
* At least 2 years on site construction administration experience with residential construction, specifically during
construction phase.
* BS or BA in Architecture.
* Speaks Japanese fluently(Because our customer is Japanese).
Preferred Experience:
* Comfort with a start-up environment, able to enjoy multiple responsibilities.
Salary/Benefits:
